Lifestyle photography is all about capturing everyday moments with an artistic touch. Unlike documentary photography, moments are planned. Rather than just observing, lifestyle photographers add flair by guiding their subjects.
Picture a family not just sitting in their living room, but playing board games or baking cookies together.
Imagine a family not posing, but having a pillow fight or dancing in the kitchen or cuddling together on a sofa. Kids will not be standing around still, but instead have them jump on a bed, play peek-a-boo, go down a slide with their parents, or blow bubbles together in the garden.
I might suggest a family have a picnic in the park or build a fort in the living room. As a photographer, I ensure they’re in the right light and setting. Whatever unfolds is genuine—every laugh, every hug, every smile, 100% real.
The photos reveal your personalities and the relationships you have with each other.
Most people are camera shy so it’s important that everyone enjoys themselves.
You will have a great time so smiles and expressions are genuine as they come from the heart.
Family Lifestyle pricing
The payment for family photography is a two step process:
Step One: A session fee to make the booking and for the photography.
Step Two: The purchase of digital images and printed products.
Session Fee
The session fee is 175€ and it books the date and time in my agenda for your photo session. It also includes:
- A telephone consultation with me so that we can plan your session
- Your family photo session. This usually takes 1,5 to 2 hours
- Curating and professional retouching of the best photos from your session
- A private, online viewing where you can see your beautiful photographs and place your order
The session fee does not include any digital images, prints or products; these are purchased afterwards at your online viewing appointment. You do not need to commit to any packages or products until you’ve seen your photographs.

DIGITAL IMAGES & PRINT PRODUCTS
While viewing the photos from your session you have the option to purchase high resolution digital files—so that you can make your own prints—or you can choose from a range of fine-art prints, wall art and family heirloom albums. This means that you can choose the right product or combination of products for your family.
I also offer three family collection packages which include a combination of the most popular digital and print products and these will give you significant savings.
